Need White Choc Ganache Recipe

hi all..

i have been searching the recipe but i couldn't find it. would appreciate id anyone can share this recipe then..

one more thing, wanna ask about choc ganache. i have done it few time but the ganache is not shining. any tips for that?

Hi, the white choc ganache ratio is 1:3 of cream and white choc.

To get a shine for you choc ganache, you can use a little bit of butter.

on the warm and humid day, I would increase the white choc ratio.
