Download Pictures Into My Saved Photos

i am trying to download some pictures of these beautiful cookies into "my saved photos". Is that possible? 
If you right click on the photo after you open the thumbnail, click on save picture as and a dialog box should come up allowing you to select the directory to put it in and the option to give the picture a new name. I do this all the time and save the pictures in different categories according to what they are. Hope this helps!
