I would think it depends on the oven temp, what type of cookie, and how thick the dough is. Cookie dough with nuts takes less time than dough without nuts and dough with chocolate (or other) chips take a little longer. Nuts will heat up and help cook the surrounding dough, while chocolate chips are fat and simply melt.
