I have business cards and cake pictures at a local boutique to gain some referrals. This boutique is hosting a wine tasting and I will be able to provide cake samples.
I am wondering what cake samples would be appropriate?? Filling or no filling??. I was thinking 2-3 flavors. I doubt the crowd will be over 40 people, from what the store owner indicated. I plan to take the extra samples to the local florist, hair stylist, etc. for possible wedding leads.
They would be the pre-packaged samples as space is small (smaller than a card table!)
It's going to depend on what wines are being tasted. Reds or whites, what varietals, etc.
