Is "heavy Cream" The Same As "heavy Whipping

Our local grocery store does not carry anything that says "Heavy Cream". All we have is half & half, and heavy whipping cream. I am wanting to try the Super ENhanced Cake Formula recipe ... can either of the above be substituted in place of heavy cream? Thanks!

p.s. sorry for such a simple question! icon_rolleyes.gif

use the heavy whipping cream. Its the same thing in my book, but in reality there may be a slightly different fat content.
