Please Please someone help!!! I am having such a hard time figuring out what cake pans to use for this square 3 tier wedding cake that needs to feed 100 people. I think that wilton's guide is unreasonable, and would like to leave a little room for error (person cutting is not very familliar with cakes)
If anyone has a guide, or template I would really appreciate it. I would love to be able to hand them a sheet with pictures printed out on how to cut it.

earlene does a cutting guide for more generous servings. wiltons party chart is also more generous than its wedding chart.
either way, i think you should leave who ever is doing the cutting a guide to how to cut a wedding cake.
