What am I doing wrong? I added tylose to my MMF and let it rest for a day. It is great to work with , nice and stretchy but it has little bumps in it from the tylose. I then tried adding it to the water before I added it to the marshmellows... Still even bigger bumps..
Anyone else have this problem? How can I prevent these bumps?

Try mixing the tylose with your powdered sugar before you add anything else. It might work better.
