My Bettercreme Didn't Freeze Solid - Help!!!

I finally found a source for Bettercreme, but I had to buy a case of the liquid (12 qts). Picked it up Thursday after work and put it in the chest freezer. I took the individual cartons out of the box. Naturally, one is in the fridge for today's entertainment. icon_smile.gif

I opened the freezer this morning and picked one up - they are not frozen solid. They feel slushy inside the carton. Not runny, but I can definitely squeeze them. Is this right??? I would hate to have to throw them away and I can transfer them to another freezer if something is wrong, but the other items seem to be frozen solid.

Thanks for your help - I have been so excited about getting it and I'm starting to stress that it is all going to be ruined. icon_cry.gif

they aren't solid in the frozen state. Just read the package it should say that. Whats nice about that, if you don't need the whole quart at once you don't have to pull the whole thing out of the freezer.
