How do I go about carving this ? I came across these beautiful Bunny Rabbits in the gallery and was wondering how I can go about making one of these .
I would love some instructions or links that can help.
If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated ... I would love to surprise my children with these beauties .

I know I can find the instructions in Lindy Smith's Book - Quick and Clever Party Cakes ... but for some reason We don't have that book in stock anywhere here in Canada .
So if anyone has the book Can I please get some instructions or suggestion on how to accomplish this .
