I ordered a doboard from Armchair World like 2 weeks ago. I still haven't seen it. Did anyone else have trouble with this company?

I ordered one on 3-23, I got a shipment notice on 3-30. It's scheduled to arrive on Friday.

Did you get an order confirmation or shipment notice from them?

I finally emailed them and asked where my order was. They messaged back that they were short-handed and it would be shipped last week. I haven't seen it yet

Its a board to roll out your cookies. There are wood pieces all the way around that your rolling pin rests on so your cookies will all be the same thickness.

I ordered mine from them. they were great- but I think they are on the west coast so it did take about a week for me to get it. I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived the following saturday via FedEx, but I did get a notification from FedEx when it was shipped
