I am making cakes for a senior center and so many of them have diabetes or weight issues. Is there a good recipe for a cake with sugar subtitue and also for an icing that will hold up for piping designs.

HI there actually there are quite a few diabetic cakes listed if you go to the recipe section and on the pull down menu there is actually diabetic cakes as a choice. I think there are some icings on there as well.I was looking for some ideas for my dad who is diabetic and there are quite a few. HTH
