What Do These Abbreviations Mean - Dd, Dh, Etc?

I see these abbreviations in some of the desctiption of cakes. What are they? Give me the key to others I might come across also. Thanks!

"my DH", is it my dear hubby?
"my DD", is it my dear daughter?

What are some others?
