Does anyone know how long SMBC can sit in the fridge and still be good? Basically, I'm just wondering how far in advance I can make SMBC. Thanks!!
A week or put it in the freezer for up to 2 months. Remove and allow to warm up or nuke for a few seconds, and rewhip before use.
