Here's another question - What is 6X sugar? Powdered sugar is 10X, so I am assuming 6X is courser. I can't find anything in the grocery store, and my cake supply shop doesn't carry it. Where do you get it? Thanks to everyone for all the helpful info I get on this site everyday!

I was told that C & H Powered Sugar was a 6x and that if I need a 10x just to sift it four more times.
