How do you attach these to mmf? I was thinking something along the lines of alcohol, extract, or RI. Would these work or is there something that guarantees they stay on?

I heard people used RI, piping gel or egg whites. I used RI on my holiday ball cake in my photos

Royal icing is what I've always used to attach dragees to fondant. Alcohol or extract would dissolve the dragee.
