I had to make 144 cupcakes and was wondering how long bettercream can stay out? I don't have enough room in my fridge for all these cupcakes! it's non dairy, but They don't have to be delivered until 5:00pm. I got way ahead of myself and I am done with them. should I find a fridge? I am worried now.

The bettercream was frozen then I defrosted it in the fridge and it was refridgerated for three days before I used it to ice the cupcakes. not sure what to do.

It will be just fine!
