Hi!

I am doing a Topsy Turveywedding cake for 150 people. I think I am going to be doing 15', 12', and 9'.

I have never done a cake this large. I am going to order Satin Ice to make it easier on myself, but have no clue how much to order.

I am doing 2 tiers in white and one in black.
