I'm working on gumpaste roses for a bridal shower cake. The bride's color is fuchsia (more pink than purple).

I have the Americolor fuchsia gel, and the color on the lid looks about right, but my gumpaste looks very dull (think bruise vs. bright floral).

Is there some magic combination to get the bright floral fuchsia color?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

do you have any americolor deep pink or electric pink, add a little of that. and if it gets too bright the teeniest bit of black.
