....one week before I have a four tier wedding cake, a groom's cake, a topsy-turvy cake, and a two tier baby shower cake due. I am fully capable of making these all myself, but she is a lot more skilled than I am, and the bride for this wedding cake is EXTREMELY picky.
Would any decorators/bakers in the Tulsa area be willing to help?

Oh my goodness...I hate that this happened to you. Hopefully someone here will be close and available to help you.
Do you have any relationships with other bakers in your area?
Once or twice when I've been a real bind I've called on other caterers/bakers in my immediate area, and even tho we are competitors we're (most of us any way 
)are always ready to help each other.
Just an idea...hope everything works out smoothly, and you get through this just fine!
That is terrible...I am hoping that someone comes to help real soon.

(P.S. I can't believe anyone has the cake balls to quit a job in this economy!
