~Fiesta Cakes Topsy Turvy Pans~

Do you own them? or know how to make the cakes bake evenly and not fall? I have used a metal rod in the deepest end to bake evenly.

I have the set of 5 and only seem to mess up every cake I've tried in them. I've been baking long enough, I'd think I could figure it out. Apparently not.

Please help!

Yes and No, same concept.

I use the rod from the doll dress pan for most of my baking and it works great.
