this is a really good sturdy recipe... it's by paula deen. Just make sure you cook it all the way through. Even a slight undercooking will make it soggy if you use fruit filling with it. I think cream cheese icing or vanilla goes best with it. I tried it with chocolate icing just tonight and it was ok, but not great.
