Help With Cream Cheese Buttercream!!!!m

I'm having trouble with this buttercream. Do you use it for icing the cake? It's to soft I find and the cake is sliding and I must have this cake finish by 2:30 today. What should I do?

Try adding a little powdered sugar or refrigerating it for a bit.
