I guess it depends on
What type of cake and decorations?
What distance - as in hours - days?
By Plane - Road ?
I have couried a cake by refrigerated Truck 430 kilometers away -
But in saying that - the truck was on a non stop journey and the client was collecting at the depot on arrival.
