how long would a bucket of satin ice fondant be good for if the bucket isnt opened?

According to the Satin Fine Foods website (the makers of Satin Ice), it's good in the airtight bucket for 6-12 months. Even after you open it, as long as you keep it tightly wrapped in the bag and then properly sealed in the bucket, it will keep for quite a while.
