I'm the latest cc addict! I've spent hours on this site this week, I love it! I'm not a pro or a dec but I'd like to make some cupcake bouquets for gifts, holidays or whatever 
I need a frosting recipe that will pipe good, taste good and not slide off the cupcake! I plan on trying mini's first. (I know I can do swirls, but I'm gonna try making them look like flowers!) I live in the boonies so I'd like a recipe that uses basic ingred's. Thanks in advance and you guys rock!
