I am trying to find en eggless cake recipe for a friend with allergies, I did find a recipe (not on this site) in which the cake rose, had a decent texture and look to it but had somewhat of a doughy taste. It definitely was cooked through but had a little gummy tast to it. Any help? too much of something? Not enough of something?
