I am planning on purchasing Sugarshack's dvd to help with smoothing my buttercream cause i'm still struggling with that.

Check out Melvira's method of smoothing buttercream on this site. It is marvelous and so much easier than the parchment idea taught in the classes. Just make sure your buttercream is crusted but no too dry or you'll get cracks.

If you have had a course and want to leave feedback for Wilton click this link and take the survey.

I encourage all of my students to review me be it good, bad or indifferent.

Let them know he talks about himself for 40 minutes at a time. They need to know.
