Yes, bettercreme is a non dairy whipped cream. Tastes just like heavy cream, but is not made from dairy products. It comes refrigerated and already sweetened, so you only have to whip it up.
AIMO, Bettercreme does not taste like whipped cream. Its closer to Cool Whip. At least it has that mouth feel. You can absolutely tell the difference.
I agree, you can tell the difference. I think that Frostin' Pride (similar to Bettercreme) tastes like vanilla ice cream + chemicals.
