Ok, I am going to make a cake with the fudge pirouette cookies around the edges and chocolate dipped strawberries on top.
My question is which do you think would be better...

Strawberry cake, whipped ganache filling, and ganache icing
or
chocolate fudge cake, strawberry filling, and ganache icing
???

I like the first one, with the stawberry cake. icon_smile.gif Sounds so yummy!

I also think the strawberry cake sounds the best. I think with the dipped strawberries on top. It sounds simply delicious.

They both sound fabulous to me! Yummy! Please let us know which one you make and how great it is. Don't be too descriptive though, I'm on a diet...don't want to gain any weight icon_eek.gificon_sad.gif .
