Craft Table - What Would You Be Interested In?

I have a small craft table and have always had the same type of craft items, knitted items ...etc.
I am looking to do something different! If you were at a cake show and were looking...what would you be excited to "find"!

Is this stuff that you make yourself and sell? If so, I'd be excited to find silicone molds. You can get food-grade silicone online and make molds from brooches, seashells, etc. They could be used for clay, too, but as long as it's food-grade you could sell them for gumpaste or chocolate.
I can't think of anything else that you could craft and sell specifically for cakes, but I'll bet someone else can 
costumeczar- that is a great idea. With summer coming up I bet some spring and summer molds would go over big! I could even hand out sample candy in those shapes...
