I am wondering if I can substitute creme bouquet for the almond in the NFSC? Or has anyone tried substituting anything else?

lime zest
orange zest
lemon zest
toasted chopped nuts
dried lavender
organic dried rose petals
coffee syrup
maple syrup
crystallized ginger
