can I use something other than piping gel to do a transfer on buttercream....i'm hoping for other ideas besides using the parchment and a toothpick
this is for a moose a moose cake

You can make your own piping gel... there is a fantastic recipe in the recipe section... I can't remember exactly, but it has lemon juice, corn syrup and sugar I think... I love it cause it tastes like Italian Ice ![]()
