when placing dowels through two tiers for support do I use the 3/16" or 1/4" size?????I'm going through a six inch and a 10 inch cake both 4inches high.THANKSWaiting for an answer to transport
Just did a quick google search as I have yet to make a stacked cake and I have read more people use 1/4. Sorry I am not the best help good luck!
Well, if you're talking about the center dowel that you put down through both cakes this actually just stabilizes and doesn't support so - either size will work.
