When doing the detail work on fondant appliques what paint do you use?

I use air brush paint, I just paint it on with a regular artists brush and because it is designed to dry quickly, there isn't that problem with it being sticky or not drying. It will be shiny though.

I use regular gel icing colors either straight from the jar (for vivid color) or mixed in a little vodka (for more "watercolor" look). It dries without being sticky or shiny.
