I am in need of a dense cake recipe for sculpting! My cakes keep falling apart even frozen or chilled when I try and shape them. I would love a chocolate and vanilla recipe if anyone has one! Thanks

I actually just made the 7 egg pound cake and I really like it! It is not really sweet which is perfect with the really sweet buttercream and MMF!

I was wondering how the Super Enhanced Cake Formula Recipe worked for sculpting. The recipe is a doctored cake mix that you can doctor up to be either chocolate or vanilla. Here is a link so you can check it out.
