I have been informed that I will be making my grandaughters wedding cake and they want a Bird of Paradise on the cake. Does anyone have a how to, to make this flower? Would be much appreciated.

The August/September 2008 edition of "American Cake Decorating magazine" has instructions for a bird of paradise cake. it is beautiful cake here is a picture. If you want I can scan the instructions and email then to you. pm me if you are insterested.
