Found this website has anyone actually seen these videos/books from Cakes Made Easy website ?? Are they any good? Can you recommend some others??

Hi, I haven't bought any thing from that site. But I can recommend few for you.

If you want to master buttercream/fondant, you need to buy Sugarshack's DVDs. Here is the link to her blog.

The videos from cakes made easy are actually pretty good. I've seen several of them and think they are great for beginners.
