Gumpaste Gerbera Daisy

Does anybody have the instructions for gumpaste gerbera daisy? I have bought the centers, then the plunger daisy cutters, but I don't get how you put the plunger center part on the hook thing?

I looked on YouTube and couldn't find anything on gerbera daisy. Also if you know of any good books on gumpaste flowers, or DVD, that would be nice too. I spend way to much time trying to figure these things out.

Any help would be appreciated.

I forgot that I have her Sugar Fix cookbook and just made her fondant for the first time today. I will order the DVD.

Does anyone know where you can buy the PEM cutters? I want to make that gerbera daisy in the tutorial that didi5 posted - so cute!

Yeah, I got my cutters from Global SUgar Art. You can order by going to Cake Central's hompage and click Global Sugar art from there.
