Does anyone have some good tried and true cake recipes for baking at high altitudes? Or suggestions for adjusting recipes for high altitude baking? Any recipes, ideas or suggestions appreciated!

There's some great advice, although not a lot, in the book Bakewise, by Shirley Corriher.
