Can I decorate a cake with fondent accents tonight and leave it in the fridge? Thank you for your advice

i've found that if i leave fondant in the fridge overnight, it will sweat pretty badly when it come out. The only time that's a problem for me is if its black fondant or red. It will bleed a little.

I have never put my cakes with fondant in the fridge as I don't like it getting sticky and sweaty. But I have read a few posts about this and some decorators use a hair dryer to dry the cake.
