I'm new to cc and still trying to navigate the forum. I don't know my way around yet and I'm nervous about posting a duplicate topic. I don't know how to find out if a topic has already been discussed. I read Melvira's spotlight and am interested in "Melvira's Method" of smoothing buttercream icing. I did a search, but nothing came up for forum and I didn't see it on the article list. I clicked on a heading for what looked like Melvira's method but it took me to a cream cheese pound cake recipe?? Please help!! Thanks.
