if something like Richs bettercreme or any other brand like pastry pride (mock whipped cream) is available in Belgium, and if so, where?
I don't like regular buttercream much, and since I do not eat eggs, MBCs are out of question.

I use stablilized whipped cream, but would like something more stable and have read good reviews about bettercreme on CC.

Why not try contacting a bakery wholesaler? Describe the product and see if they have something similar.

I wouldn't bet on it though.

your best bet is to try to find it online and order it that way.
