If a cater or restaurant wants you to make cakes for them do you charge them the same price as you for anyone else? How would this work?

I would charge the same price per slice, yes.

We have a wholseale rate, if someone orders consistently in bulk then we have to give them a break in price also there should be enough room for them to be able to make a small mark up.
