Yes. You can also add melted chocolate.

sayhellojana, Adding melted chocolate sounds interesting. At what stage do you do that?

sillyjodes, I usually add cocoa. You'll need to leave out some of the powdered sugar (amount equal to the cocoa powder), otherwise the fondant will be too dry. (I usually mix the cocoa powder in first, so I know how much sugar to leave out.)

About the same time you mix in flavoring, corn syup (if your using it) and/o glycerin. just make sure it is cooled.

Here's the link for rhonda's Chocolate MMF, it's really tasty, good to work with, just a little drier than the regular, I like it:

If you add it after your MMF is already made, just add more shortening, just as if you are adding more powdered sugar.

linedancer's right, it is tasty! My family devours it before I can use it! icon_lol.gif

I would go the melted chocolate route, I have tried the powdered chocolate, and even with more shortening mine still falls apart, I think it is really of the devil, but it does taste pretty good.
