I am totally bragging. I hadn't heard back from a customer (her DH picked up the cake), so I e-mailed her and asked how she liked the cake (it's the princess cake in my pics) and she sent me back this e-mail.

"I loved it...I mean REALLY loved it. I was so touched by what a beautiful job you did. It was better than my own wedding cake! ... Not only was it beautiful to look at, but it was delicious too. Everyone at the party had a piece, even those who said they don't like cake...because they couldn't resist with everyone else oohing and aahing about how yummy it was... It was exceptional. I am very grateful. I have taken great care to tuck your business card away because there is no doubt who I will call when I need a fantastic cake."

THIS is why I decorate cakes. I've been on "Cloud 9" all day long!
