Hi I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to use the JEM shoe cutter. I've tried a few times but they don't look too great. My main problem is getting to gumpaste out of the cutter there is nowhere to push the gumpaste out.

grease the cutter lightly and you should be able to get it out without a problem. You can use a toothpick (cocktail stick) to help start it then it should just fall out.
