Make Ice

I want to make ice for a cake I am making. I can't find rock candy and I don't have time to make it.

I am thinking of either using RKT dipped in white chocolate and then painted with silver luster or making ice cubes out of jello.

Does anybody else have any ideas?

how about that knoxx clear gelatin stuff,
might work, i seen something like that on a food network challenge,
and that's what they used,
just a thought
