I am dipping oreos into melted candy melts, and they are drying with a very grainy looking finsh. What am I doing wrong?
Are they by any chance a white (or colored, not milk/dark) chocolate flavor? If so, I suspect that you overheated them. White/colored chocolate is very sensitive to overheating.
