I am a true "Jacques Torres" fan.....but this guy is INCREDIBLE! I love working with chocolate. Of course, I will never be as good as this. But, I can always TRY!

I can't even pick one that I like BEST because they are all so amazing!

I saw a special on her on foodnetwork and she is amazing! The process seems so simple when are watching on T.V ! Now try that at home! At least not me anyway! I just love coming on here and sharing all this artful activity. Someone said to me the other day, "what's so artsy about baking a cake?" 'it's just fodd after all!" icon_rolleyes.gificon_twisted.gif

The Chocolate Art guy is really something!! I like chocolate but I couldn't work with the smell. I don't do well making candy. My favorites of his are the ones with the apple blossoms. Very impressive. I'd like to haul butt over to England and hang out in his kitchen for a day or two and just watch.
