I like jkalman's recipe. It's her SMBC with the added puree. She has the recipe here on CC called "The Well Dressed Cake Swiss Meringue Buttercream with variations". I just love it and so does my family.
Take a small jar of SEEDLESS strawberry jam and warm it in the micro for about a minute. Add it to a box of strawberry jello. Stir until jello is dissolved. It's fast and yummy.....it will not be gritty. The jello disolves. I use this recipe for any jam that I can find a matching jello to.

Here is a plain strawberry filling. You can also buy something similar to this in the sleeve. In my area, they sell it at small country stores. And here is a strawberry cream filling. Both are good!

Ohhhhh forgot about the one I'm doing tonight....a box of instant cheesecake pudding and 2 c. whipping cream and strawberry extract for a Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse.
